Lab Service Policy

Service Timeline

• Standard turnaround time: 10 business days (excluding the day of pick-up and holidays).
• Clear retainers & night guards: 2-day turnaround (provided scans are submitted by 12 PM).
• Custom shades: Call to schedule an appointment (takes no more than 5 minutes).
• Rush service available – Contact us for expedited options.

Payment Terms

• Statements will be sent at the end of each month.
• Payment is due in full within 30 days of the statement date.
• Past-due balances will incur a 1.5% finance charge per month until paid in full.

Pricing & Materials

• Prices and turnaround times are based on normal conditions and may vary.
• Charges for gold and precious alloys are based on prevailing market rates. These are subject to change without notice.
